  The idea sounds timely. Best is to scope out the market by coming over here and eating at all the cafes. Talk to people, ask them what they want.

  Yes I think it would work on Waiheke. As long as the prices are fair, the service is great and the selection of foods is well considered, then it should work.

  Groovy. I can't wait to see April and Elliott again. They arrive here on the 12th for 5 days which will be fantastic. We have found an old barn on the island that is just begging to be turned into a country lane cafe. Look forward to seeing you when you get here.
