    Hi  Naomi :

    We these at our last property, used to freeze them, then thaw, mix with all other thawed fruit, press, freeze some juice for drinking, and make wine with the rest. Dian also used to boil some whole, stalks on, until cooked, in balsamic vinegar, honey, and spices. A very plesant condiment, with salads, etc.
