Tell us about your garden and what you're growing

2009/2010 was the first year of the vegy garden, so there were a few successes and failures. Hopefully as time goes on, I'll learn what suits the local micro-climate the best. This season, I've grown: * Tomatoes (mostly heirloom varieties) * Capsicum * Broad Beans * Borlotti Beans * Canolini Beans * Italian Flat Beans * Slenderette Beans * Peas (that sprouted everywhere from the pea straw) * Scarlet Runner Beans * Snow Peas * Brocolli (two varieties) * Beetroot (two varieties) * Corn * Zucchini * Lemon Cucumber * Spinach * Silverbeet * Rocket * Borage (started taking over the garden) * Basil * Italian Parsley * Thyme * Rosemary * Oregano * Tarragon Also was the first year for all my fruit trees/shrubs. These include: * Apples * Apricots * Cherries * Plums * Peaches * Pears * Quinces * Meyer Lemons * Mandarin * Seville Orange * Mullberries * Olives * Hazelnuts * Almonds * Strawberries (of course) * Raspberries (about 6 different varieties including black and golden) * Blackberries * Blueberries * Loganberries * Orange Berries * Gooseberries * Cranberries
