I am growing tomatoes and peppers in there. They are in white buckets which my brother-in-law gets me from his work (otherwise they just throw them away)
I've placed the buckets inside old tyres which soak up the heat during the day to keep them extra warm at night. So far it is working very well.
I love your basil pesto recipe.
