    Hi Suz, re. your comment about chillies, you can just put them in the freezer, they keep well and you can take them out and use them any time. If you want a good chilli sauce recipe, I can get a really great one off my dad, but he's in London at the mo' so will have to wait till the 28th to get it from him.
