  • I have just seen your photos how are you finding your wheel garden? It looks really good.
  • Hi Vivien these things happen. If at some stage you could still drop it into my daughters address that they be great, Door step will be fine, she will be coming down to see me soon and I am sure she can keep it alive ( she is not a gardener at all. lol)
  • Hi Vivien. If you are able to drop it off to 32 Field Terrace, Riccarton, Christchurch. Anything between now and 17 February. If no one is at home just leave it on the back door. This is my daughter's flat. Otherwise maybe we can meet somewhere on 18 February as we leave for Dunedin. Thank you so much.
  • Hi Vivien, That would be wonderful. I will find my daughters address and let you know. Thank you so much. I am really hating leaving behind everything.
  • Hi Vivien I would love a comfrey plant. I am moving down to Dunedin next month and will not be able to take any of my comfrey with me. How can we get together?

  • I've grown avacados from seed several times. Usually I balance them in a shot glass, and grow in water- they don't take that long to cast roots- a few months? I have one at the moment that is a year old and getting towards a matre tall! As far as fruiting goes I don't know what your chances are from seed- they need others around for pollination I think, and I'm pretty sure most fruiting varieties are grafted in commercial propagation. A lovely tree in their own right though!
  • Hi Vivien. Thanks for your expression of interest in the Ooooby Stall. Our first attempt at the idea is happening tomorrow. Let's touch base during the week to chat about how and when it might work for you.
  • Hi Vivien, I would love to have a tamarillo seedling! I'm doing a garden for a man who really wants one. What do you want in exchange or cash, either is fine. I have baby native seedlings - karaka, mahoe, kowhai, hebe. Where do you live?
  • Hey Vivien, 3 is great, honestly. I'm very grateful. Just call when you're able. I know what it's like with little ones!
  • Hey Vivien, I've scored a trailor this weekend so could pop out if that suits you. Give me a call on 9807658 when you get a chance and we'll sort something out. I have silverbeet and masses of sorrel, rocket and herbs I can offer as an installment! :)
