I saw on Good Morning today14/4/10 a beautiful veg garden. She was growing a tagetes called Tangerine Gem. The flowers are edible and taste like tangerines. I've googled but can't find them. Tried Kings, Egmont, and Garden stuff. I'd love some. Can anyone help?

I've got a tagetes lemonii, it looks just amazing and smells divine. It has a shrublike growth and would be close to a metre high. A mass of flowers. Love it! I'll collect seed later on so let me know if you would like some and I'll post you some.
Hi Marjolijn, I would LOOOooove some Tagetes lemonii seeds also - if you wouldn't mind. I use them in salads for tast an colour an they are a great bad bug confuser an good bug attractor. I had a terrible skin rash once - like triple measles!!!! I was ripping my skin in agony - had tried EVERYTHING from the Doctor - someone told me to collect all the flower heads from my English Marigold's an put them in a HOT bath - when cool enough get in. I did an left the rash in the bath - never to be troubled again. You can also use them for colour dying.

Oh, thank you for that site. A really interesting one. Are you allowed to get seeds from there? I notice they are in California.
No, the tangerine gem was not one of them. It has a single bloom with about 5/6 pointed petals.
But thanks for the effort. Anything I can do you for you as far as seeds go? Are you interested in dried beans? I have lima and brown beans.

Best idea would be get in contact with them to see if they could get the seed you are after and if they would send it over,most seed company in the US do.
When i get seeds from the US i use Paypal
