  • If anyone has some elephant garlic bulbs to spare, I would LOVE some please. I know it's kinda not the time, but putting it out there early :)
  • Lots of smaller rambacole seeds and a small amount of mixed softneck (cristo, messidrome, californian early, takahue, kakanui, printator and a couple of others for which I don't know the name.
  • Er . . . I haven't been here for a while but - I'll have some elephant garlic soon. Just got to pick a harvest day (off the BD calendar).
  • I have found a few rambacole seeds if anyone is interested. Its getting late to plant, but these may take 2 seasons to get to a good size anyway. Free to a good home.
    • I would love some rambacole seeds if you still have them? Thanks
    • Steph, if you're still after hard neck bulbils, I have plenty, only just harvested my garlic.

As Todd says, they'll take a while to get to a decent size but a great way to increase your stock. PM me your address if you're interested.

Afraid I have no idea of the variety but there are photos on my page of them growing and will load some of them drying. They have white outer bulb skins with a purple clove covering, quite mild raw.

    • Sure. I only have a few left but you're welcome to them. They are ready to go. If you send me a postal address I'll get them in the mail. Thanks
  • I'm growing a hardneck type, Californian Early, Printator, Takahue, Kakanui, plus a couple of unnamed softneck varieties this season.
  • Ive got an no idea what variety garlic but is a Softneck garlic type, i know that much, ive been selecting this one for over 25 years and it stands up well against than the supermarket garlic.
