My Vegie patch was a really old patch, our house would be close to 100yrs old, the garden was over grown with buffalo and one of the my least favourite weeds Onion weed! after a lot of TLC i think its ready for some action. Im thinking of putting a cage over it to stop the king parrot's from chewing everything. Gardening has been an important part of my life since i can remember, Its taken me down lots of bumpy roads, and has left me plenty of exciting memories . PLANTS=LIFE its that simple

    Hi Chris yes mash potatoes alright but even better Rosemary and roasted garlic potatoes with a tossed veg salad and away we go!!! I don't think it is too late to plant them, just try to plant some organic ones instead of shop ones! And l have heard that the sweet potato is the healthiest for you! Terribly love the garlic too!!! I haven't got any maybe this weekend! Happy spudding!

    hi Chris and family, last year we had a patch a tad smaller and we ate 390 potatoes!!!!! We go through spuds like mad especially my daughter!
