    Hello Pat,

    I dont really know. We had a couple of huge traumas in our life, and I need to take a new direction.  Want to eat healthy, want to change lifestyle etc..

    need some help in various ways, (dont panic, not financial or physical) and am trying to find how I can barter fresh home grown things and find out what the other person needs.  is it worthwhile talking ?  You could leave a message for me on 521 2374 if you trust me with a phone number of your own, or what do you suggest ?
