i have 15 three year and another 30 two/one year old Goji bushes growing and plan to do some more mid summer,ive noticed that the very best and most vigorous plant is sending up shoots 30cm from the main stem.I didn't know that they would coppice,anyone have any ideas?

It will take three years before you will see flowers,one of my oldest three bushes is flowering now,i have also found out just lately that goji's are frost tender that was i lost half my bushes in the spring and not disease like i thought.
Thanks for the photo of your goji plant. I'll be sure to cosset my seedlings, they'll definitely be spending winter indoors until they're well established.
They are fine outside in winter Megan,after all they can handle -30C in Mongolia/China,its just the new leafs in spring are frost tender.The good thing about have 30+plants is that ive noticed that some, including the one in the photo are more tolerant to frost than others
i have just one goji, but it is only just beginning to sprout away. No sign of any fruit yet. do you have any ideas how long it will be before i see them?
