Pony poo

If I get some pony poo and put it in a big bucket with water for a while, is it OK to put it on my vege garden? Do I need to be concerned about how much I dilute it?

i have a garbage bin which i put some horse poo with water in and use as a "tea" for my veges. I think as long as it is quite diluted it should be fine. not on new seedlings though
