I make this to put over any of my fresh salad vegies and it is so yummy!
3/4 cup chopped up peanuts, 2 cloves garlic chopped up really fine, 4 green onions chopped up,1/2 teasp; brown sugar, 1 tablesp; soy souce, 1/2 teasp;chilli powder, a big squeeze of lemon, 3/4 cup water & 140can coconut milk.
In pan cook nuts, garlic and onions, then add other foods except nuts, bring to the boil, then let simmer uncovered until nice and creamy. Add nuts last mix well and enjoy
