    Hi Nat and Pete
    Thanks for your response to my Borage blog. You should be able to find Borage plants in the herb section of good garden centres now. Or put a notice in your local Ooooby Group's forum and see if anyone has spare seedlings in their garden, to give away. I haven't found that big plants transplant well but small seedlings should be okay if you are careful not to disturb the roots too much. You really only need one plant to start you off. Let it flower and go to seed and you will have self sown Borage plants soon after. As I said in my blog-it's not invasive. If you can't find any let me know and I'll send you some seed. Happy boraging!

    I had a garlic flop last year too.
    I've been reading about it and there are lots of variables including the weather over which we have no control obviously.
    I do cover the garlic, but just lightly.Ijust brush my hand over the soil when I've finshed planting and it evens out and covers the planting holes.
    The photo was taken before I'd finished planting.
    The dibber makes it really easy.I use it for leeks too.
