Nice! We have been making a "pesto" aka "lawn spread" with nasturtium, plantain, dandelion, parsley, calendula, sage, and thyme, it's delicious!

Last summer spring I tried making lawn spread or imitation Waiheke herb spread as the stuff is seriously addictive
following that basic order:
Olive Oil, Parsley, Apple Cider Vinegar, NZ Sea Salt, Garlic, Rosemary, NZ Spinach, Nasturtium, Calendula, Dandelion, Plantain, Sage, Oregano, Thyme, Lavender.
without the lavender :(
But it takes me ages... (with the whizz)-do you have any tips for speeding up the process.
What quantities of Nasturtium do you put with plantain and dandelion?
