This recipe is a fusion of three recipes I found for pesto. It proved a rewarding way to consume the basil, parsley and insane yield of rocket that grew this year. Adjust quantities to suit.

I tasted a Chicken and Dumplings dish years ago that blew my socks off. It was so good! I've tried a couple recipes but just nothing compaired with the one I tasted. I'm willing to try recipes until I die to find the right one!
