At the moment we have just moved here and I am trying to dig up new beds and prepare them, mulch them, compost them. I have planted kale, celery, beetroot, cabbage, broccoli, several herbs and NZ spinach. I don't have much experience but have a biodynamic calendar and have done a couple of weeks of compost-making at Taruna. I would like to learn more about what to plant when and where and about soil nutrition and ph etc and how to manage it naturally. I also would like to know more about drying/preserving and I would be happy to be part of a 'goup' of people who do these things together :) oh and I am SOOO keen for some raw milk if anyone knows anything here in coro?
