I mainly joined this forum as it is really important for me to learn more about gardening so I am more informed when asked questions by potential clients. We have a Solar Geodesic dome, (domegrown) and will be selling them also anyhow (trying to anyhow). I grow all year round even in winter using just heat banks.I am now looking at growing Micro Grens after seeing a fellow members news article.I was very intrigued as the germination time in my dome is halved so growing the greens would be perfect I have never grown them before. My husband designed our dome and then built me one its fantastic..I have copius amounts of fresh off season produce all year round and I now have 6ft banana plants, and transplanted my melon plants I have germinated. I am hoping to keep regular updates on progress and what I have achieved and would appreciate any feedback and advice.I come from a career background in Sales and Marketing and the Health and Fitness Industry, never in a million years did I dream this is where I would be at,however I get immense pleasure from seeing things grow from seed spray free and organic..Its my SeedtotheFeed.

Update

I have spent the morning reading alot of information on Oooby and I love it in fact I am still in my pyjammas. What a find.

Micro-Greens

Does anyone have any tips on growing Micro-Greens.I can germinate in halve the time of normal greenhouses, and use just heat banks, and someone suggested I grow Micro Greens so some tips would be great.

Hello. I have just noticed your comment regarding an Ooooby stall at a car boot sale. My apologies for not responding sooner. Our market stall system is still in development as it takes time with these new types of ideas. So I can't recommend the system yet. Stay tuned though. One day soon (fingers crossed) we will have a kit of sorts to work with.
